There are 1-2 ATMs in Sabang, but they are not guaranteed to always be online. While we accept online payment methods, it is best to bring cash for expenses outside of the resort.

Currency

Puerto Galera uses the Philippine Peso (PHP). Major establishments accept cards, but cash is preferred in smaller shops.

Language

Tagalog is the main language spoken, but like most places in the Philippines a majority of the locals can speak fluent English.

Mode Of Transporation

Casalay is set on a secluded beachfront, so the most convenient way to reach town is by riding a small boat. Guests can also walk 5–10 minutes to the nearest road, where tricycles are available to take you into Puerto Galera. Motorbikes can also be rented in town for independent exploring.
